About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at a leading Children's Home. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to children and young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individual and group support to children and young people, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with young people, building trust and confidence.
  • Support young people with daily living tasks, such as household duties and personal care.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure the needs of each young person are met.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Full "Right to Work".
  • Full UK driving license.
  • At least 6 months of experience working with children and young people.
