Key Responsibilities- Work with the Company Secretary and CEO to understand the growth strategy and brand aspirations for each banner.
- Identify and analyze customer demographics and location profiles to optimize profit contribution dynamics.
- Analyze and present potential locations and properties following a detailed investigation and analysis of revenue generation and brand fit.
- Lead the end-to-end process of property acquisition, from identifying potential locations and properties to negotiating leases and finalizing terms and contracts.
- Build and maintain relationships within the property sector to negotiate favorable terms.
- Engage and communicate with key stakeholders to ensure new acquisitions are ready to trade quickly and any action required due to a lease event is effectively communicated.
- Commercial acumen and strong negotiation skills.
- Demonstrable experience in a retail property acquisition role.
- Ability to analyze and present key store performance metrics.
- Understanding of property law, regulations, and leasing practices.
- Ability to adapt to frequent change and a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding loyalty and commitment to the business.
