Food Production Packer - Dublin

Eligibility to work in Ireland is required. Visa sponsorship is not available.As a Food Production Unit Packer, you will be an integral part of a dedicated and friendly team operating in a dynamic environment. The ideal Food Production Unit Packer will engage in various responsibilities related to fundamental food production and preparation, customer interaction, and overall operational support while strictly following all Health and Food Safety regulations. No prior experience is necessary as we will equip you with the essential skills.
Typical Shift Schedule:
  • Monday: Full-time (Days)
  • Tuesday: Full-time (Days)
  • Wednesday:
  • Thursday: Full-time (Days)
  • Friday:
  • Saturday:
  • Sunday: Full-time (Days)
Shifts may vary.Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct quality checks on products according to established standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of food packing areas and outgoing goods.
  • Document critical control points and perform daily/weekly checks on our online HACCP management system.
  • Assist in the proper loading of outgoing products onto the delivery fleet.
  • Exhibit strong organizational skills and a professional demeanor in all tasks.
  • Ensure that the final product meets quality specifications.
  • Complete daily inspections and report any issues to your supervisor.
  • Adhere to company policies regarding personal protective equipment and health and safety protocols.
  • Follow procedures for reporting illness, requesting leave, and other relevant processes.
  • Engage in the Performance Management process to contribute to personal and team objectives.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment, following instructions proactively and as needed.
  • Demonstrate care for your own health and safety and that of others.
  • Utilize work equipment and personal protective gear as instructed.
  • Do not misuse or interfere with health and safety equipment.
  • Capable of completing tasks in accordance with agreed-upon standards.
  • Act in accordance with guidelines and procedures, maximizing the potential of a Quality Control Packer.
  • Exhibit a strong commitment to maintaining high hygiene standards.
  • Possess the drive to achieve results in a professional and honest manner.
  • Show enthusiasm and passion for delivering exceptional service and standards.
  • Demonstrate good numerical, written, and verbal communication skills.
