Job Title: Property Solicitor

Duncan Lewis Solicitors is a leading law firm with a strong reputation for excellence in litigation and dispute resolution. We are seeking a highly skilled Property Solicitor to join our Litigation Department.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Report directly to the Department Director
  • Provide professional and proactive advice to clients on property-related matters
  • Assist with casework, including dealing with probate litigation cases
  • Attend clients, take instructions, and prepare cases
  • Maintain accurate time costing procedures
  • Implement recommendations made by supervisors
  • Ensure compliance with file management
Key Skills:
  • Property litigation experience in private practice
  • Valid Practising Certificate
  • Excellent client care skills and ability to deal with client matters in a sensitive manner
  • Excellent networking and communication skills
  • Ability to use own initiative and sound judgment
  • Working knowledge of publicly funded litigation work
  • Experience in own advocacy is an advantage
