Muller Multi Skilled Engineer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Multi Skilled Engineer to join our team at Muller's Droitwich site. As a Multi Skilled Engineer, you will be responsible for servicing and repairing all our machinery, while actively seeking and implementing new improvement methods to increase reliability and improve efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose faults and test, repair, and maintain equipment.
  • Examine machinery and equipment, reporting on condition, performance, and plan of action for improvements.
  • Carry out planned and preventative maintenance to agreed schedules.
  • Interpret and implement technical service instruction data relating to machinery and equipment.
  • Take on training provided by the company to enhance skills.
  • Liaise with manufacturers of specialist machinery and equipment.
  • Support site roadmaps for Quality, H&S, EMS, Engineering, and Autonomous maintenance.
  • Use and support Reliability Centred Maintenance techniques.
  • Use CMMS historical data for improvement initiatives and fault trending.
Requirements:
  • Recognised Engineering Apprenticeship.
  • Educated to ONC/HNC or equivalent in Mechanical or Electrical discipline.
  • Proven experience in a maintenance environment.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Effective planner and organiser.
  • Strong ability to make logical decisions.
  • Positive attitude with a 'can do' approach.
  • Ability to prioritise workload to achieve operational and personal targets.
