Job Title: Customer Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Advisor to join our prestigious client's team. As a Customer Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, negotiating payments, and working in a professional and rewarding team-based environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Talking to customers on inbound and outbound calls, using a dialler system to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Negotiating payments with customers in a quality-controlled environment to achieve targets focused on good outcomes for the customer and our business
Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Ability to listen, empathise, question, and problem-solve
  • Desire to achieve targets and personal goals in a busy environment
