Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring high standards of presentation and display.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit, and debit payments.
- Contribute to achieving sales targets by promoting products and services to customers, and providing recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
- Participate in visual merchandising and stock management activities to ensure the store looks its best at all times.
What We Offer:
- A competitive hourly rate of £13.35 per hour.
- A 30-hour contract with flexible shifts to suit your needs.
- 30-35 days' holiday (pro rata) per year, plus bank holidays.
- A 10% in-store discount on all purchases.
- A contributory pension scheme.
