Frasers Group, a leading luxury fashion retailer, is seeking an exceptional Store Manager to lead our team and drive sales growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and motivating teams to achieve exceptional results.

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Maximizing Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, identify opportunities to improve performance, and exceed targets.
  • Team Leadership: Motivate and manage the performance of the team to ensure sales targets are met and exceeded, and provide coaching and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered at all times, and maintain a strong presence on the shop floor to drive sales and build customer relationships.
  • Store Presentation: Maintain a high level of store presentation and merchandising, in line with Head Office directives, and ensure all members of the team have the tools and knowledge to deliver key business objectives.
  • Market Awareness: Stay up-to-date with current and market trends, understand forthcoming customer promotions, and monitor local competitors to ensure Frasers Group remains competitive.
  • Operational Efficiency: Ensure all paperwork, policies, and procedures are carried out efficiently and accurately, and drive and deliver key performance indicators (KPIs).

The successful candidate will have:

  • Strong Retail Management Experience: A proven track record of managing high-performing teams and driving sales growth in a luxury fashion retail environment.
  • Excellent Leadership Skills: The ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve exceptional results, and provide coaching and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: The ability to interpret financial and sales data, and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
  • High Level of Brand Awareness: A deep understanding of the luxury fashion retail market, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Professional Manner: A high level of personal energy, confidence, and assertiveness, with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
