About the Role:
Frasers Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our luxury fashion store in Liverpool. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of sales associates, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Sales Growth: Maximise turnover to exceed required targets and identify opportunities to continually improve performance.
- Team Management: Manage and motivate the performance of the team to ensure sales targets are met and exceeded.
- Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered at all times.
- Merchandising and Presentation: Manage the presentation and merchandising of seasonal stock in line with Head Office directives.
- Market Awareness: Maintain an awareness of current and market trends, understand forthcoming customer promotions and monitor local competitors.
- Administrative Tasks: Ensure all paperwork, policies and procedures are carried out efficiently and accurately.
- KPIs: Drive and deliver KPIs.
- Additional Duties: Carry out all additional duties where and when necessary within the defined levels of responsibility and accountability for your role.
Requirements:
- Clientele Background: You should have a strong clientele background, with a solid database of personal contacts and clients.
- Retail Experience: Previous retail experience within the premium sector is preferred.
- Leadership Skills: You will be an exceptional people manager, with strong leadership and motivational skills.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication, planning and organisational skills.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical skills, the ability to interpret financial and sales data.
- Brand Awareness: A high level of brand awareness and product knowledge.
