This pivotal leadership position empowers our organization to make a significant impact on customer satisfaction through:

  • Developing and refining processes to enhance the delivery experience, ensuring excellence in scheduling and execution for both customers and our delivery personnel.
  • Monitoring and analyzing performance metrics to identify cost-effective enhancements in routing and planning while achieving relevant KPIs.
  • Overseeing Distribution and Logistics operations.
  • Creating and executing procedures to boost operational efficiency.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with colleagues across various departments and global partners.
  • Providing ongoing coaching and development for the Distribution team.
  • Maintaining a continuous focus on improving our delivery service through staff development, procedural enhancements, and technological advancements.
  • Exemplifying brand and product advocacy.

We are seeking candidates with:

  • Prior experience in a logistics management or operational leadership role.
  • Strong commercial insight and a solid grasp of analytics, with proven experience in driving business KPIs and strategic planning.
  • Experience in leading team discussions focused on performance enhancement and management.
  • A passion for engaging with customers and achieving positive outcomes.
  • Excellent relationship management skills, with experience collaborating with various managers and departments to navigate complex information.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the capacity to influence and make informed decisions.
  • Attention to detail, along with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Experience in utilizing systems and processes to enhance efficiencies and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Familiarity with distribution management systems and databases (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • A proactive attitude and a strong sense of initiative.
