Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement processes to improve the delivery journey, driving excellence in the booking and delivery experience for customers and our technicians.
- Track and report performance, identifying opportunities for cost-effective improvements in routing, planning, and achieving relevant KPIs.
- Manage Distribution and Logistics operations, ensuring seamless execution and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with colleagues across departments and global partners to drive operational efficiency and excellence.
- Coach and develop the Distribution team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
- Previous experience in a Logistics management role or operational management and leadership.
- Commercial acumen and strong understanding of analytics, with experience in driving business KPIs, staff planning, and strategic thinking.
- Demonstrated experience in leading team discussions on performance improvement and/or performance management.
- Strong relationship management skills, with experience working with multiple managers and departments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to problem-solve, influence, and make considered decisions.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask and prioritize.
- A competitive salary of £27,000 - £30,000 per year.
