Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our client's team on a fixed-term contract basis. As a key member of the finance team, you will be responsible for processing and recording invoices, reconciling supplier accounts, and ensuring accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and Record Invoices: Accurately process and record invoices, ensuring attention to detail and adherence to company policies.
  • Reconcile Supplier Accounts: Reconcile supplier accounts and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth payment processes and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Assist with Month-End Closing: Assist with month-end closing and general ledger reconciliations.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Maintain accurate records and update relevant databases.

Requirements:

  • Prior Experience: Prior experience working in accounts and purchase ledger.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
