About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our Regional UK and Ireland team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving growth and expansion in the region, building strong relationships with new restaurant partners, and identifying opportunities to improve our proposition for customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Map and prospect new restaurant opportunities across the region, using your knowledge of local markets and trends to identify potential partners.
  • Pitch and close new restaurant deals, working closely with our restaurant partners to ensure a seamless onboarding process.
  • Communicate effectively with restaurants to demonstrate Deliveroo's technology and value proposition.
  • Oversee the restaurant onboarding process to ensure it is efficient and effective.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as the number of restaurants signed each month and the quality of restaurants signed.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Experience in sales and business development, with a proven track record of driving growth and expansion.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with restaurant partners.
  • Commercial knowledge and understanding of the food delivery market.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet demanding targets.
  • Interest in food and restaurants, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
