Position Overview:

FT FLIC, a charity dedicated to enhancing financial literacy, is on the lookout for a dynamic leader with a profound grasp of charity operations. The successful candidate will spearhead strategic projects, manage fundraising activities, and cultivate essential partnerships to further the charity's goal of advancing financial education and accessibility.

About FT FLIC:

The FT Financial Literacy and Inclusion Campaign (FLIC) is committed to combating financial illiteracy through innovative educational initiatives aimed at both youth and adult learners. The organization partners with educational institutions, community organizations, and government entities to foster significant societal change.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure strategic alignment and communicate pivotal milestones
  • Encourage collaboration among stakeholders and community partners
  • Emphasize feedback from program beneficiaries
  • Promote diversity and inclusion within the organization
  • Work alongside the fundraising team to create and execute fundraising strategies
  • Maintain financial health through prudent financial oversight
  • Supervise the partnerships manager and facilitate program expansion
  • Engage with the board and manage risk and compliance issues

Essential Qualifications:

  • Significant experience in mission-driven organizations
  • Proven track record in fundraising and donor relations
  • Insight into financial literacy challenges
  • Familiarity with diversity and inclusion strategies
  • Excellent communication abilities and resilience
  • Strong financial and human resources management skills

Compensation: Competitive salary
