Key Responsibilities:- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial and renewable sectors.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and key stakeholders.
- Prepare and present tailored proposals, ensuring alignment with client needs.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with new and existing clients.
- Collaborate with project and engineering teams to ensure client requirements are met.
- Conduct market research and stay informed on industry trends to identify potential growth areas.
- Manage the sales pipeline, track progress, and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Proven experience in business development or sales within the Power Distribution, Renewable Energy, and I&C sectors.
- Previously worked for an ICP, Utilities, HV Power Distribution company.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, with a focus on long-term partnerships.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, with a client-focused approach.
- Strategic thinker with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A full UK driving licence is required due to regular travel to client sites.
- Competitive starting salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum (DOE)

- Performance-related commission/bonus structure (TBD)
