We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Psychiatrist to lead our Inpatient Wotton Lawn Hospital team in Gloucester. As a key member of our medical directorate, you will provide clinical leadership and expertise to ensure the highest standards of patient care.

As a Consultant Psychiatrist, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership, developing and implementing treatment plans, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical leadership and expertise to the Inpatient Wotton Lawn Hospital team
  • Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with complex mental health needs
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
  • Contribute to the development of clinical policies and procedures

Person Specification

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Psychiatrist who possesses:

Higher specialist training or extensive experience in psychiatryExcellent interpersonal skills and a strong aptitude for leadershipA deep understanding of NHS policies and procedures related to medical care
