Job Title: Adult and Child Psychiatrist

We are seeking a highly skilled Adult and Child Psychiatrist to join our Recovery Team in Gloucester. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide medical leadership and work closely with our Specialty Doctor to deliver high-quality care to patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide medical leadership to the MDT and oversee the work of the Specialty Doctor.
  2. Participate in triage, assessment, care planning, and the delivery of care to patients eligible to be seen by the Recovery Team.
  3. Offer advice to GPs within the patch and liaise with other trust teams as appropriate for patient care.
  4. Engage with Safeguarding and Child Protection processes.
  5. Engage with Audit and Quality Improvement Processes.
