As an Assistant Branch Manager, you'll develop strong relationships with customers, providing expert assistance and identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the HSS dedicated area within our partnering builder's merchant, providing expert assistance to customers and actively seeking opportunities to increase sales.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers to secure repeat business and long-term loyalty.
  • Independently manage the branch in the absence of the Merchant Branch Manager, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
