Assistant Branch Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Branch Manager to join our dynamic team at Ernest Gordon Recruitment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales revenue and market share
  • Provide coaching and training to sales team members to improve their sales skills and knowledge
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and initiatives

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in a trade counter environment
  • Strong sales and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategies to improve sales performance
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
