About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Trainer to join our team at Nuffield Health Yeovil FWC. As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions and consultations to our members, helping them to achieve their fitness goals and maintain a healthier lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement: Connect with and motivate members to reach their fitness goals and maintain a healthier lifestyle.
  • Session Delivery: Deliver a range of sessions and consultations, including inductions, health MOTs, group and personal training sessions, and general gym duties.
  • Client Acquisition: Grow your client base and increase your earning potential.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless delivery of services and excellent customer experience.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • REPs Level 3 or CIMSPA Practitioner qualification.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to listen, understand, and explain things clearly.
  • Confidence and Ambition: Willingness to grow and develop your skills and client base.
