Job Summary

Nuffield Health is seeking a highly motivated and caring Fitness Professional to join our team at our Yeovil Fitness and Wellbeing Club. As a Fitness Professional, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality fitness sessions and consultations to our members, while also promoting a healthy lifestyle and motivating individuals to reach their fitness goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a range of fitness sessions, including group and personal training, to meet the needs of our members.
  • Conduct health MOTs and inductions to assess members' fitness levels and create personalized training plans.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on exercise and nutrition to help members achieve their fitness goals.
  • Work closely with our team to promote our services and facilities to members and potential customers.
  • Contribute to the development of new programs and services to meet the evolving needs of our members.

Requirements

  • REPs Level 3 or CIMSPA Practitioner (or above) qualification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with people of all ages and fitness levels.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Knowledge of exercise science and nutrition, with the ability to design and deliver effective training programs.
