Summary

Our client, a leading Loss Adjuster, is seeking a skilled Loss Adjuster to join their expanding Energy Claims team in London. As a key member of the team, you will support senior adjusters with claims handling work and run your own losses.

Main Responsibilities
  • Assist senior loss adjusters in claim handling work, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.
  • Manage claims from first notification to settlement, maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with clients.
  • Run your own losses, utilizing your expertise to resolve claims and meet business objectives.
  • Produce timely claims reports for clients, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
  • Complete timesheets for billable work, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Contribute to the production of marketing materials and presentations, showcasing your expertise and the company's capabilities.
Essential Skills
  • Previous experience in a Loss Adjusting role, with a strong understanding of Energy or Property Claims.
  • Knowledge of the Renewable Energy sector, with a keen interest in its development and challenges.
  • Ability to travel for work as needed, with a flexible approach to meeting business demands.
Desirable Qualities
  • Excellent organisational skills, with a focus on prioritising tasks and managing multiple projects.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and negotiate with clients.
  • Proficiency in IT systems, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
