We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Medical Education Officer. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing administrative support to the Medical Education Office.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the Medical Education Office, including coordinating meetings, arranging rooms and equipment, and maintaining records.
- Assist with the organization of teaching and training programs for undergraduate and postgraduate doctors, including contacting speakers and arranging logistics.
- Support the development and maintenance of e-portfolios for medical trainees, including data entry and reporting.
- Communicate effectively with medical students, trainee doctors, and supervisors to provide pastoral support and answer queries.
- Build and maintain good working relationships with Consultant Leads and Supervisors to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
- Work as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives, and contribute to the development of a high-quality medical education service.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the Medical Education Office.
