Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Associate to join our team at Equinox in Kensington, UK.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the club and exercise equipment, providing exceptional customer service to members, prospective members, and guests.
  • Present a clean and welcoming environment at the sidewalk entrance and lobby.
  • Clean and stock the locker room, laundry, exercise, and coat rooms.
  • Maintain an adequate supply of towels on the exercise floor.
  • Perform equipment maintenance and receive and store deliveries.
  • Assist with special events and notify the Housekeeping Manager of any issues that require attention.

Requirements

  • Ability to work a minimum of 24 hours per week.
  • Clear understanding of cleanliness and sanitation standards.
  • Prior experience in cleaning and laundry services is highly preferred.
  • Ability to service athletic equipment and work with cleaning products and hand tools.
  • Strong customer service, organizational, communication, and multi-tasking skills.
