We are seeking a skilled Counsellor to join our team at Marie Curie UK, providing a flexible counselling service to children and young people facing grief and loss. As a post holder, you will work alongside the Bereavement Coordinator to coordinate the Hospice's Bereavement Service.
Key Responsibilities- Provide individual and group counselling sessions to children and young people
- Support patients and carers to help them cope with the loss of a loved one
- Work collaboratively with the Bereavement Coordinator to develop and implement the Hospice's Bereavement Service
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to bereavement care
