Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with data and product teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical data requirements.
  • Design and implement scalable and efficient data pipelines to collect, process, and store data from various sources.
  • Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the data pipeline by implementing robust data validation and monitoring processes.
  • Lead and mentor a team of data engineers, providing technical guidance and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to prioritize and execute data engineering initiatives that drive business value, including supporting the rollout of scalable machine learning algorithms.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively troubleshoot and resolve complex data issues.
  • Proven track record of delivering data engineering solutions that meet business requirements and drive measurable impact.

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
