The Ideal Candidate
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer with mechanical, electrical, and electronic experience, looking to join our team in the medical devices and healthcare products sector. Candidates from various manufacturing backgrounds, including FMCG, chemical, plastics, packaging, and automotive, are encouraged to apply. Key skills and qualifications include:
- Apprentice-trained with NVQ level 3/City & Guilds or equivalent.
- Ideal multi-skilled, with electrical bias essential - 3-phase electrics.
- Desirable experience working with washers and sterilization equipment.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels.
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
- Understanding of problem-solving methodologies, such as DMAIC and Root Cause Analysis.
- PLC experience is desirable.
