Ski Specialist Job Description

At Ski In Luxury and Ultimate Luxury Chalets, we're seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Ski Specialist to join our team. As a Ski Specialist, you'll be responsible for guiding our clients on their luxury ski holiday search, advising on the best ski chalets and hotels to fit their brief.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize your ski resort and product knowledge to provide expert advice to clients.
  • Handle new inbound sales enquiries via email and telephone in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Manage client accounts, following up with outbound calls and emails to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Achieve and exceed sales performance targets and KPIs, working towards both team and individual goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with product and industry developments, gaining expert knowledge of ski resorts, luxury chalets, hotels, and travel options.
  • Contribute to the creation of engaging blog posts to increase website traffic and enhance company brands.
  • Maintain strong relationships with chalet owners and operators, keeping up-to-date with property developments and changes to the company website portfolios.

Requirements:
  • A passion for high-end luxury travel and skiing or snowboarding.
  • A proven track record of reaching and exceeding targets in a sales environment.
  • An exceptional telephone manner and confidence in making outbound and taking inbound calls.
  • French language fluency is advantageous but not essential; other desirable language skills include Spanish, Italian, and German.
