About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced corporate lawyer to join our team at AMS Group. As a tax law specialist, you will play a key role in advising clients on the company law implications of re-organisations, capital reductions, and demergers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advising on company law implications of re-organisations, capital reductions, and demergers
  • Drafting of legal documents, including agreements and contracts
  • Occasional M&A work, including due diligence and deal structuring
  • Supervising and training more junior lawyers as we look to grow our team
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Staying up-to-date with changes in tax law and regulations

Requirements:

  • Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 2 years' PQE
  • High level of technical skills, including knowledge of company law and tax regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills, proactive with an ability to multi-task and prioritise
  • Friendly and professional demeanour with a positive attitude
  • Task focused and self-managing
