Deloitte Legal - Corporate Lawyer

Deloitte Legal is seeking a Corporate Lawyer to join our team in Manchester. As a Corporate Lawyer, you will be responsible for advising on the legal aspects of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and other corporate matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise on the legal aspects of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and other corporate matters.
  • Assist in the preparation and review of corporate documents, including articles of association, share purchase agreements, and other corporate agreements.
  • Provide legal advice on corporate governance matters, including board composition, shareholder rights, and other corporate governance issues.
  • Collaborate with other teams, including tax, audit, and consulting, to provide integrated advice to clients.
Requirements:
  • Qualified lawyer with a strong background in corporate law.
  • Experience in advising on corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and other corporate matters.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex legal concepts to clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
