Deloitte Legal Corporate Lawyer Opportunity

Deloitte Legal is seeking a skilled Corporate Lawyer to join our team in Manchester. As a Corporate Lawyer, you will play a key role in advising on the legal aspects of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and other corporate matters.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in corporate law, with experience in advising on the legal aspects of corporate transactions. You will be able to demonstrate a material body of work in the area of intra-group, multi-jurisdictional transactions, and have experience working with LLPs, LPs, intellectual property, and/or intragroup debt listings.

We are looking for a team player who is able to work collaboratively with colleagues across multiple teams, including multidisciplinary teams. You will be able to demonstrate a constructive and solutions-focused approach to work, and be skilled at analysing and managing legal and practical risk.

As a Corporate Lawyer at Deloitte Legal, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of corporate transactions, and will be able to develop your skills and expertise in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advising on the legal aspects of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and other corporate matters
  • Working with colleagues across multiple teams to deliver corporate transactions
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and other stakeholders
  • Managing and analysing legal and practical risk
Requirements:
