Senior Paid Media Strategist

MRS Digital, a fast-growing agency with a strong reputation for delivering exceptional results, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Paid Media Specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful paid media campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Microsoft, and LinkedIn. They will work closely with our Head of Paid Media to drive strategy and growth, and will be responsible for managing budgets, forecasting, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement advanced paid media strategies to drive ROI and maximize campaign performance.
- Collaborate with the Head of Paid Media to plan and execute strategic initiatives across multiple clients and platforms.
- Manage and optimize paid media campaigns to ensure alignment with business objectives and key performance indicators.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our campaigns are always optimized and effective.
Skill Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in paid media, with a strong focus on strategy and campaign execution.
- Proven track record of delivering high-performing campaigns and driving significant ROI.
- Expert knowledge of Google Ads, including Search and Shopping campaigns, as well as Facebook Ads Manager and LinkedIn Ads Manager.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to guide and develop junior team members.
- Advanced knowledge of conversion tracking, attribution models, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
- Experience with DSPs, such as DoubleClick, Stack Adapt, Quantcast, DV360, and Amazon AAP.
