Senior PPC Manager

MRS Digital is a fast-growing agency with a passion for delivering exceptional results in the digital marketing space. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior PPC Manager to join our team and contribute to the growth and success of our clients.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in paid media campaigns, with a proven track record of delivering high-performing campaigns across various platforms. They will be responsible for implementing, managing, and expanding PPC accounts for our clients, as well as collaborating with the Head of PPC and other senior team members to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute paid media strategies to drive conversions and revenue growth
- Manage client budgets and ensure campaigns are pacing and delivering on key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Monitor and optimize keyword bids, account daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score, and other key metrics
- Collaborate with the Senior Paid Media Manager on campaign planning and strategy
- Conduct keyword research, feed and placement optimization, and A/B testing to drive campaign performance
- Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly
- Ensure high return on investment (ROI) for our online marketing efforts
- Provide ad-hoc monthly reports to clients
Requirements:
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in running paid media campaigns, preferably in an agency setting
- Advanced capability within the Google Ads platform, including Search, Display, and Shopping campaigns
- Solid knowledge of Google Analytics, including the ability to set up and review conversion events
- Ability to optimize accounts in line with various bidding strategies, including CPA, ROAS, and Value-Based Bidding
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Experience in keyword research, bid management, competitor analysis, data-led ad testing, and A/B testing
Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, determined based on demonstrable experience.
