The Proud Trust is seeking a highly skilled and experienced CEO to drive the strategic direction, leadership, and overall management of our charity. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in strengthening our national reputation and profile as the leading voice for the needs of LGBT+ young people and the contribution they make to life in England.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement the charity's strategic plan, ensuring alignment with our mission and values.
  • Lead and manage a team of dedicated professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including the Board of Trustees, funders, and partners.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of effective policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Manage the charity's finances, ensuring effective budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of £53,970 - £67,003 per annum, plus 5% pension contributions.
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including company events, company pension, cycle to work scheme, health and wellbeing programme, referral programme, sick pay, and work from home options.
