We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Recovery Worker to join our team at Service Care Solutions. As a Digital Recovery Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals struggling with drug and alcohol addiction.
Key Responsibilities- Complete assessments via Teams for service users who cannot attend on-site.
- Support individuals from point of entry and provide screening, assessment, and recovery plans.
- Deliver one-to-one interventions and provide key working and care planning services.
- Experience working within the substance misuse field.
- Awareness of health issues related to substance misuse.
- Experience of key working and care planning.
Our client is a reputable non-profit provider dedicated to creating services and support for people's complex health and social needs. They aim to help individuals build healthier lives and reach their full potential.
What We Offer- Excellent pay rates.

- £250 training allowance.
