The Norse Group TFM Division is a leading provider of Facilities Management services throughout Norfolk, offering a diverse range of Soft and Hard TFM solutions. We are excited to present a remarkable opportunity for a seasoned Facilities Manager to become part of our dedicated team.
This role is based on a part-time, permanent arrangement, requiring 16 hours of work per week. As a Facilities Manager, your primary responsibilities will include overseeing statutory compliance, planned preventative maintenance, and reactive services. You will ensure that all tasks are executed within the designated timeframe, budget, and quality standards while adhering to relevant legislation, codes of practice, and organizational policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee, identify, schedule, and implement statutory compliance, preventative maintenance, and reactive maintenance across various sites, ensuring adherence to timeframes and budgets.
- Maintain exceptional communication and stakeholder management with all site contacts and central clients.
- Ensure that all contractor work meets the required specifications and timelines, fostering strong relationships with internal service teams.
- Guarantee that the CAFM system accurately reflects assets, documentation, and job statuses.
- Prepare quotes and estimates for remedial and small project works, in line with client procurement frameworks.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, health and safety standards, codes of practice, and Norse Commercial Services Policies.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in delivering Facilities Management services.
- Experience in managing subcontractors effectively.
- Strong knowledge of statutory compliance, health and safety regulations, and associated legislation.
- Commercially savvy, with experience in financial management and budgeting.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Valid UK Drivers Licence to fulfill travel obligations.
