**About the Opportunity**
We are seeking a researcher to lead an MRC Centre of Research Excellence (MRC CoRE) project, tackling complex and interdisciplinary health challenges. The successful applicant will be part of a team that has submitted an MRC CoRE round two outline application and has been invited to submit a full application.
**Eligibility Criteria**
To be eligible to apply, you must:
- Be a researcher or technologist employed by an eligible organisation.
- Show that you will direct the project or be actively engaged in the work.
- Have the relevant expertise and experience to lead or contribute to an MRC CoRE and its research culture.
- Be part of a team that submitted an MRC CoRE round two outline application and has been invited to submit a full application.
- Applicants can be from a single eligible organisation or a partnership of eligible organisations.
**Key Responsibilities**
The successful applicant will be responsible for:
- Leading the MRC CoRE project and ensuring its successful delivery.
- Working closely with the research team to develop and implement the project plan.
- Coordinating with stakeholders to ensure the project meets its objectives.
