About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our team at Better Rehab in Australia. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping individuals achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized therapy plans to address the unique needs of each participant.
  • Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services in a variety of settings, including participants' homes, day centers, and community locations.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and support for participants.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with participants, their families, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research, best practices, and industry developments to continuously improve your skills and knowledge.

Requirements
  • A degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution.
  • At least 18 months of clinical experience in occupational therapy.

  • A valid full driver's license and ability to travel to various locations.
