Your Responsibilities
  • Welcome visitors and announce their arrivals.

  • Answer and forward incoming calls promptly and efficiently.
  • Manage the conference suite, ensuring its availability and functionality.
  • Handle courier packages and log taxi and courier bookings.
  • Order lunches for conferences and meetings.
  • Monitor clerks' email inbox and respond to inquiries as needed.
  • Arrange accommodations for visiting barristers.
  • Ensure the functionality of PCs in conference rooms.
  • Manage video and telephone conferencing arrangements.
  • Monitor car parking bookings and ensure smooth access for visitors.
  • Liaise with onsite contractors to coordinate their work effectively.
  • Distribute incoming mail to the appropriate recipients.
