Job Title: Retail Stocktake Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Stocktake Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our inventory management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of stock counters and ensuring the accurate and efficient completion of stock takes on our client's sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of up to 60 stock counters in the completion of stock takes
  • Ensure accurate and efficient completion of stock takes
  • Monitor and improve team productivity
  • Deliver exceptional customer service standards on all sites
Requirements:
  • Full driving license
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel
  • Basic IT skills
  • Ability to remain focused under pressure
  • Manage time effectively and work without immediate supervision
  • Willingness and ability to travel

Please note that this role will require prolonged periods of standing and some use of step stools and ladders. Some sites are in warehouses or large retail premises where you may be required to access and work with ground and high level stock.

This role will involve working unsociable hours, working early mornings or night shifts, and therefore we are unable to hire anyone under the age of 18 years.
