Job Title: Retail Stocktake Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Stocktake Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our inventory management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of stock counters and ensuring the accurate and efficient completion of stock takes on our client's sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of up to 60 stock counters to deliver the end-to-end stock taking service
  • Manage the stock counting process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Develop and implement processes to improve team productivity and performance
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless operations
Requirements:
  • Full driving license
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel
  • Basic IT skills
  • Ability to remain focused under pressure
  • Manage time effectively and work with minimal supervision
  • Willingness and ability to travel

Please note that this role requires prolonged periods of standing and some use of step stools and ladders. Some sites are in warehouses or large retail premises where you may be required to access and work with ground and high level stock.

This role involves working unsociable hours, including early mornings and night shifts. We are unable to hire anyone under the age of 18 years.
