Position Overview:
We are seeking a qualified Refrigeration Systems Technician to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in servicing a diverse range of refrigeration and air conditioning systems, with a primary focus on refrigeration equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting service visits to various customer locations, primarily within the hospitality sector.
- Engaging with clients to ensure their needs are met and providing excellent customer service.
Equipment Expertise:
The role will involve working on a variety of refrigeration systems, including but not limited to:
- Split systems
- VRV systems
- Walk-in chillers and freezers
- Commercial refrigeration units
- Cellar cooling systems
- Ice machines
Candidate Requirements:
- F-Gas certification or equivalent qualifications (NVQ Level 2/City & Guilds in Refrigeration).
- A valid driving license.
- Proven experience as a Field or Service Engineer in the refrigeration or air conditioning industry is essential.
Compensation and Benefits:
The starting salary for this position is £40,000 per annum, with opportunities for regular overtime, potentially increasing monthly earnings by £1,000 to £2,000 or more. Additional benefits include:
- 20 days of annual leave, increasing by one day for each year of service after the third year, capped at a maximum of 5 additional days.
