Join Our Team as an Associate Assessor

We are seeking experienced and qualified Associate Tutors/Assessors and IQA's to support the delivery of our courses in Teaching and Education in Early Years or Teaching Assistant.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading online learning provider, empowering individuals to reach their full potential. As an Associate Assessor, you will be responsible for tutoring students and assessing their work remotely via our online training portal.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality teaching and assessment services to students
  • Manage and organize your own workload while maintaining the highest level of standards
  • Collaborate with a Head of Faculty to support caseload management, learner queries, and assessment processes
  • Utilize your subject matter expertise to provide high-quality assessment decisions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in teaching and assessment
Requirements
  • Advanced level of subject knowledge in Early Years
  • Ability to travel (occasionally)
  • Excellent written English skills
  • Experience and qualifications in assessing/teaching
  • Ability to problem-solve using your own initiative
  • Digitally skilled in Microsoft Office, email, and other commonly used platforms
  • Proactive and self-motivated
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a wider team
What We Offer

We operate a completely flexible remote working model, offering flexible working hours depending on caseload and associate availability. Rates of pay vary depending on the course and level. You will have direct contact with a Head of Faculty to support you with caseload management, learner queries, and assessment processes.
