Join Our Team as an Associate Assessor

At learndirect, we empower individuals to reach their full potential through education and training. We are seeking experienced and qualified Associate Assessors to support the delivery of our courses in Teaching and Education.

About the Role

We are looking for individuals who possess advanced subject knowledge in Early Years and have experience in assessing and teaching. As an Associate Assessor, you will be responsible for tutoring students and assessing their work remotely via our online training portal.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality assessments and provide constructive feedback to students
  • Manage and organize your own workload while maintaining the highest level of standards
  • Collaborate with our faculty team to ensure seamless delivery of courses
  • Utilize your expertise to develop and maintain course materials
Requirements
  • Advanced level of subject knowledge in Early Years
  • Experience in assessing and teaching
  • Excellent written English skills
  • Ability to travel (optional)
  • Proactive and self-motivated individual
