We are seeking a pair of time-served labourers to assist our client's on-going Rip-out / Strip-out project in Edinburgh. The successful candidates will be responsible for assisting the current trades on site to gain access to underfloor services by removing existing suspended tiles. This will involve lifting and transporting approximately 2000 tiles to the first floor, covering an area of 450m squared.

The ideal candidates will have a strong background in labouring and site operations, with a valid CSCS card. They will be required to work efficiently and effectively as part of a team to ensure the project's success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist trades on site to gain access to underfloor services
  • Remove existing suspended tiles
  • Lift and transport tiles to the first floor
  • Work efficiently and effectively as part of a team

Requirements:

  • Time-served labourer with a strong background in site operations
  • Valid CSCS card
  • Ability to work at heights
  • Physical fitness to lift and transport heavy tiles
