Main Responsibilities- Virtual Ward Development: Lead the development and implementation of virtual ward services, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Clinical Leadership: Provide clinical leadership and expertise to our Virtual Ward Team, ensuring that patients receive safe and effective care.
- Service Improvement: Identify opportunities for service improvement and implement changes to enhance patient outcomes and experience.
- Collaboration and Partnership: Work closely with our partners in primary care, community services, and acute hospitals to develop and deliver virtual ward services.
- Proven Experience: Proven experience of working in a virtual ward or similar environment, with a strong understanding of clinical governance and patient safety.
- Clinical Expertise: Advanced clinical expertise in adult nursing, with a strong understanding of digital health and care solutions.
- Leadership and Management: Proven leadership and management skills, with experience of leading teams and implementing change.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
