About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Chief Commercial Officer to join our team at a PE Backed Commercial Product/Services Business. As a key member of the Board, you will be responsible for driving the commercial strategy and growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the Sales & Marketing elements of the Strategic Plan and annual Business Plan.
  • Lead the commercial team to deliver sales growth and build brand awareness.
  • Maximise revenue from existing channels and expand into new sectors and channels.
  • Develop robust processes, KPIs, and planning to ensure sustainable growth and meet margin targets.
Requirements
  • Recent experience working in a senior role within Sales & Marketing in FMCG, retail, or B2B Services.
  • Proven track record of delivering sales growth and building brand awareness.
  • Strong network within the industry sector and/or ability to cultivate relationships.
  • Ability to quickly understand and assimilate the industry sector, including trends, key players, and sales channels.
  • Established strong Key Account relationships and metrics.

  • Pro-active and positive attitude to drive a team to deliver sales and build brand.
  • Ability to manage a commercially focused team and make sound commercial judgments.
  • Commercial awareness and ability to respond proactively to the needs of the business.
  • Planning and organisational skills to manage and deliver multiple projects on time.
