About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Customer Service Manager. As a key member of our shop team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service to our customers, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Sales: Meet and exceed sales targets by promoting our products and services to customers, and handling customer transactions efficiently.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with the shop team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Problem-Solving: Handle customer complaints and concerns in a calm and professional manner, using problem-solving skills to resolve issues.
  • Store Operations: Maintain high store standards, including visual merchandising and store cleanliness.
Requirements
  • Customer Service: Passion for delivering great customer service and building strong relationships with customers.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to deal with challenging situations in a calm and professional manner.
  • Teamwork: Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Availability: Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
