We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Partner to join our team at Atholl Rose People Ltd. As a key member of our Income Generation team, you will play a crucial role in expanding our services and delivering high-quality bids to public sector clients.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end bid processes, including developing project plans, researching, and writing high-quality bids.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including finance, operations, research, and development teams.
- Coordinate the production of supplemental tender requirements, such as financial models, staffing structures, and implementation plans.
- Oversee and facilitate focus groups and development workshops to develop methods of delivery, delivery models, and customer journeys.
- Represent the organisation at dialogue/bidder interviews and lead on the governance sign-off process.
- At least two years of experience in managing competitive tender processes and bid writing, with a proven track record of securing high-value government-funded or commercial contracts.
- Experience of project managing large teams of stakeholders for complex bids within tight deadlines.
- Excellent written communication skills, capable of producing persuasive, informed, and high-quality bids and supporting documents.
- High level of commercial acumen and ability to build and maintain strong relationships internally and externally.
- Salary Banding from £45,000 to £52,000.
- Contractual home working as standard.
- Annual cost of living wage increase.
- 25 days holiday plus all bank holidays.
- Option to purchase one additional week of annual leave per year.
- Matched pension up to 6% (12% in total).
- Health Cash Plan for you and up to four dependants (includes dental).
- 2 days paid volunteering.
- Internal Apprenticeship scheme with options up to Masters level in some specialisms.
