Senior Claims Adjuster

Location: Southampton / Hampshire
We are seeking an experienced Senior Claims Adjuster to join our team in Southampton. As a Senior Claims Adjuster, you will be responsible for managing complex claims, including those related to flood damage and business interruption. You will work closely with our clients and other stakeholders to deliver a high-quality service and achieve excellent results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of complex claims, including those related to flood damage and business interruption
- Work closely with clients and other stakeholders to deliver a high-quality service
- Develop and implement effective claims handling strategies
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
Requirements:
- ACILA or similar qualification
- Extensive knowledge of FSA procedures and TCF initiatives
- Technical knowledge of complex loss adjusting
- Understanding of client SLA compliance and productivity requirements
- Ability to influence key personnel and promote our business
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
